#2 Elevator Pitch

Most useful for brands in: Service based industries.

In a nutshell: The elevator pitch is a compelling snapshot of what your business does better than anyone else. It's far tougher to craft than it sounds, but there are some handy tools and resources out there to help get you started.

#1 Walk Score

Most useful for brands in: Property, Community Planning, Real Estate.

In a nutshell: Walk Score is a global public index that independently assesses the walkability of a suburb, based on how many businesses, parks, schools, shops and other destinations are within walking distance.

A score out of 100 is given for every address or suburb; and in some cases, a transit score out of 100 is given, based on readily available public transport.
